Course Overview
This course is designed to accelerate implementation of laboratory quality management systems (LQMS) implementation. Embedding a mentor within the daily routines of the laboratory over an extended period enables the mentor to understand the culture, practices and laboratory personnel and positive changes.
Who Should Attend
Lab personnel currently working as mentors, who seek to provide mentorship and technical assistance to laboratories implementing quality management systems using different tools, working in laboratories working towards international or stepwise accreditation processes, and program Managers.
