How we do, what we do

We offer and facilitate training workshops based on:

• Requests by client organisations for trainings in specific subjects/disciplines
• Our research that indentifies performance gaps in certain areas
• Newly researched knowledge emerging on the market to solve existing and new problems in many areas of business management

We prepare each training workshop as a project, complete with a training curriculum, purpose and objectives, outputs and outcomes, budget, monitoring and evaluation tools and hand outs. A well written report is compiled at the end of each training workshop and shared as feedback with participants and their sponsors.

Our resource persons are experts in the respective subject areas.

Links Consulting is managed by Mr.Vusi Mxolisi Sibeko (Director) who has extensive experience in training and facilitation. We work with national and international associates, consultants, experts/facilitators to deliver highly interactive and empowering training sessions.

Links Consulting has established a Management Committee, which comprises the Managing Director, Accounts Manager, Sales Manager, Events Manager, Projects and Design Manager and The members of the Management Committee share powers and responsibilities for the management of the Company, the deployment of its strategy and policies, and the achievement of its objectives and results.


LinksConsult is a level 3 BEE contributor and below is our current certificate.
